Our Story

Downtown Gallery is owned by Jaynelle Haynes and Mary Vandervort. It was purchased in the summer of 1996 and opened shortly thereafter. The charm of the neighborhood has made operating the Gallery a labor of love.

All of our customers framing is designed and finished at the Gallery location. So, whether you are framing an original piece of artwork or art from your first grader, everything is handled with the upmost care.

We are proud to be celebrating our 10th year of operation at the Dogtown Gallery. Throughout the years we have tried to offer new and interesting items for our customers from art to silver jewelry. In addition to a complete framing service, the Gallery carries a unique selection of candles, jewelry logo apparel, and an ever changing selection of Celtic designs to satisfy the neighborhoods' as well as our rich Irish ancestry.

The neighborhood and our family and friends celebrate our Irish heritage each year on March 17th St. Patrick's Day in Dogtown. If you decide to participate visit on that day brace yourself, be prepared to have a good time.
